By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, or using BestSMM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activities performed through your account. We may restrict accounts connected with fraud, abuse, unauthorized payments, or violations of these terms.
Before submitting an order, check the service, price, quantity, requirements, and public link. You are responsible for submitting the correct profile, page, post, video, channel, group, or website link.
Never provide a social media password, payment password, PIN, or verification code. Standard orders require only the requested public link.
Starting and completion times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines. Processing may be affected by demand, technical issues, platform updates, or service availability.
Keep the submitted link public and unchanged until completion. Orders generally cannot be changed, redirected, or cancelled after processing begins.
Do not place overlapping orders for the same service and link. Overlapping orders may prevent accurate delivery or refill verification.
BestSMM does not guarantee sales, revenue, monetization, verification, rankings, permanent engagement, or other business results.
Refill support applies only when included in the service description. Refill requests must be submitted within the stated period while the link remains public and unchanged.
You must use an authorized payment method. Payment-gateway fees, banking charges, network fees, and currency-conversion differences may apply.
Service prices may change because of provider costs, availability, exchange rates, or market conditions. Updated prices apply to future orders.
Refunds, balance credits, cancellations, and partial orders are governed by our Refund Policy and the selected service terms.
A refund is generally unavailable when an incorrect, private, deleted, restricted, or changed link was submitted, or when the order was delivered according to its description.
BestSMM is independent and is not officially affiliated with any social network or other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
Third-party platforms may change their policies, algorithms, features, restrictions, or displayed counts. BestSMM does not control these changes.
You must use BestSMM only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not use it for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal activities, malware, intellectual-property violations, or interference with another platform or system.
You are responsible for following applicable laws and the policies of the relevant third-party platform.
Resellers are responsible for their customers, pricing, descriptions, support, taxes, and legal compliance.
Keep API credentials secure. You may not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the API or website.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. A service may be changed, paused, limited, or removed because of maintenance, security, technical issues, provider availability, or circumstances outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, BestSMM is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, reputational harm, or business interruption.
Use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change.
